Refund Policy

Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind purchases. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

We do make it right for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ermagurd.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost or stolen packages. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Wrong address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot cancel.
