Processing Time All items are made to order. Orders are sent to production within 1–2 business days. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location and order size.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address at checkout.
